Jan Taminiau - Fashion Designer

Fashion designer Jan Taminiau is constantly looking for new ways to expand his romantic world. Often these new ways lead him back into history, to explore rich traditions, half-forgotten crafts and original fabrics.

Taminiau just as easily gets his inspiration from the region where he grew up, in the South of the Netherlands, as well as from far-away places.

In 2003 Taminiau launched his own label and since then he has presented his creations at fashion shows all over the world, drawing the attention of the international fashion press and of celebrities like Beyonce, Lady Gaga and Dutch Princess Maxima.
