In Never a Dull moment famed composer Louis Andriessen composes his latest work Anais Nin and we are right there with the camera. The film sees him in his secluded house in france where he works on his composistion and then the first tutti rehearsal and the rehearsal with his great muse christiana zavalloni. The music is inspired by Anais Nin and her famous diary about her affairs, also with her father. In the film Andriessen talkes about the tricks to be a good composer, women and love. A
